The Pink Studio was an interactive installation for children based on the work of Henri Matisse and referencing his 1911 painting of the same name. ​​​

The installation brought to life the artist's pink studio with all of its whimsy and encouraged children to discover and play with a variety of items including: a tea set, a library, a box of fanciful clothing, lightweight moveable furniture, and a large canvas for each child to paint.
